Who We Are
This site is operated by Mirth Provisions LLC, a Washington State licensed cannabis processor (WSLCB Processor License 412373) at 909 California Way, Longview, WA 98632.
Nothing Is Sold Here
This site does not sell cannabis products and does not take orders from the public. Mirth's products are sold only to licensed Washington cannabis retailers, who in turn sell them to adults 21 and older at licensed stores. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell to anyone else, and nothing here is available for shipment.
Age
You must be 21 or older to use this site. Product pages ask you to confirm that before they open.
Information, Not Advice
Articles on this site, including the Washington cannabis law guide, are general information written from a licensed processor's point of view. Retailers
Ordering happens on Cultivera, under Cultivera's terms and the terms of sale Mirth provides with each order. Sales are limited to licensees in good standing and are governed by Chapter 314-55 WAC.
