What This Site Does

mirthprovisions.com is an information site. It does not sell anything, take orders from the public, or ship product. Licensed Washington retailers order through Cultivera, a separate service with its own privacy policy.

What We Collect

• Age gate. When you confirm you are 21 or older, we store that answer in a cookie and in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again. It contains no personal information.
• Site analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which collect the pages you view, the approximate location derived from your IP address, and technical details about your browser and device. Google processes that data under its own terms. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking third-party scripts.
• Find Mirth. The store locator runs in your browser. A zip code you type is matched against a list that is already on the page and is not sent to us. If you choose "Use my location," your browser asks your permission and the coordinates are used on the page only. Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address as part of serving them.
• Email and phone. If you write to hi@mirthprovisions.com or call us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you and to run the business.
• Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve them.

We do not run advertising on this site, we do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information above to build profiles of visitors.

Consumer Health Data (Washington)

Washington's My Health My Data Act (Chapter 19.373 RCW) treats information that identifies a person's past, present, or future health status, which can include an interest in cannabis products, as consumer health data. Because this site is about cannabis products, we treat the following as consumer health data and handle it as the Act requires:

• Categories collected: the pages you view on this site, as recorded by our analytics provider, and anything you tell us about yourself when you contact us.
• Sources: your browser, through the analytics scripts described above, and you, when you contact us.
• Purpose: understanding how the site is used so we can improve it, and answering your questions.
• Sharing: with Google, as our analytics processor, and with no one else. We do not sell consumer health data and do not share it for advertising.
• Your rights: you may ask us to confirm whether we hold consumer health data about you, to see it, to have it deleted, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Email hi@mirthprovisions.com with "Health data request" in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and if the appeal is denied you may contact the Washington Attorney General.

Cookies

The age-gate cookie (mirthOver21) is the only cookie we set ourselves. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to distinguish visitors; see Google's documentation for the current list. Blocking cookies in your browser will make the age gate reappear on each visit and stop analytics from running; the site still works.

Children

This site is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
