What This Site Does

This site provides brand and product information to licensed cannabis dispensaries in the State of Washington, and information about the Mirth Provisions brand, its history, and its product offerings to adults researching our lines of cannabis products. Mirth Provisions does not sell directly to the public.

What We Collect

• Age gate. When you confirm you are 21 or older, we store that answer in a cookie and in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again. It contains no personal information.
• Site analytics. We use a standard web analytics service that records the pages you view, the approximate location derived from your IP address, and technical details about your browser and device. You can opt out by blocking third-party scripts in your browser.
• Find Mirth. The store locator runs in your browser. A zip code you type is matched against a list that is already on the page and is not sent to us. If you choose "Use my location," your browser asks your permission and the coordinates are used on the page only. The map itself comes from a third-party map service, which receives your IP address as part of serving it.
• Email and phone. If you write to hi@mirthprovisions.com or call us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you and to run the business.

We do not run advertising on this site, we do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information above to build profiles of visitors.

Consumer Health Data

Consumer health data is information that says something about a person's health. Under Washington's My Health My Data Act that includes an interest in cannabis products, so information about how you use this site gets the Act's protections. Here is how we handle it:

• Categories collected: the pages you view on this site, as recorded by our analytics provider, and anything you tell us about yourself when you contact us.
• Medical patients: if a patient holding a valid Washington medical cannabis recognition card, or their doctor acting on their behalf, contacts us, we may collect and keep additional information to verify the patient's eligibility for our high-THC products, which are available only to qualifying patients. We collect this only when a patient or their doctor reaches out to us.
• Sources: your browser, through the analytics scripts described above, and you, when you contact us.
• Purpose: understanding how the site is used so we can improve it, and answering your questions.
• Sharing: with our analytics provider, acting as our processor, and with no one else. We do not sell consumer health data and do not share it for advertising.
• Your rights: you may ask us to confirm whether we hold consumer health data about you, to see it, to have it deleted, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Email hi@mirthprovisions.com with "Health data request" in the subject line. We will respond within 3 days.

Cookies

The age-gate cookie is the only cookie we set ourselves. Our analytics provider sets its own cookies to distinguish visitors. Blocking cookies in your browser will make the age gate reappear on each visit and stop analytics from running; the site still works.

Adult Use

This site is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. Washington law prohibits the sale or marketing of recreational cannabis products to minors.
