Co-manufacturing and brand licensing in Washington
Washington is a licensed, closed market. Product cannot cross the state line, and every beverage on a licensed shelf was made by a Washington processor. Mirth Provisions is that processor: License 412373 with the infused-edible endorsement, a beverage production facility in Longview, and the WSDA and LCB approvals handled in-house.
How It Works
- One agreement. Your brand licenses its marks to Mirth under a single Manufacturing and Brand License. Mirth holds the license, makes the product, and sells it to licensed Washington retailers.
- You bring the brand. Identity, artwork, formulation direction, and marketing. We adapt the label to Washington's rules and file it.
- We take it to shelf. WSDA product approval, LCB label approval, production, testing, and sales into licensed retail.
