Co-Manufacturing and Brand Licensing in Washington
Washington is a licensed, closed market. Product cannot cross the state line, and every beverage on a licensed shelf was made by a Washington processor. Mirth Provisions is one of Washington's original processors, and we focus only on cannabis beverages and liquids.
We hold an MIE (marijuana-infused edible) endorsement, and our production facility is licensed and inspected by the Washington State Department of Agriculture. Our beverage production and canning line follows cGMP procedures in the manufacturing of all cannabis products. From cannabis-infused sprays, to shots, to RTD beverages for the consumer market, our facility can produce a variety of infused liquid and beverage products.
How It Works
- One agreement. Your brand licenses its marks to Mirth under a single Manufacturing and Brand License. Mirth holds the license, makes the product, and sells it to licensed Washington retailers.
- You bring the brand. Identity, artwork, formulation direction, and marketing. We adapt the label to Washington's rules and file it.
- We take it to shelf. State product and label approvals, production, testing, and sales into licensed retail.
